Savory Beetroot Oats 🌸
This healthy bowl of yumminess is perfect for your breakfast. Beetroot & Oats both have tons of health benefits. This bowl of yumminess is all you need to cleanse yourself and keep glowing this year 🎉
• In a blender add 2tbsp of yogurt of your choice, 2-3 small pieces of beetroot
• Add in 1 cup of water and blend
• Take 1/3 cup of old fashioned oats, add little water to wet the oats (2-3tbsp) and cook it in the microwave for 1-2mins
• Tempering (optional)~ In a pan on medium heat, add a tsp of olive oil, a tsp of black mustard seeds, 4-5 curry leaves and let it splatter.
• Remove the pan from heat and add the yogurt & beetroot mixture. Season it with some salt and pepper
• Add in the cooked oats, mix it well
• Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves
