♥️Healthy Easy Peasy Raspberry Jam♥️

Recipe 🍴

• Heat some Raspberries in a pan (add no water. Let the raspberries have its own space 😜💁‍♀️) (rembember the flame must be medium)
• Allow the Raspberry to break down to a saucy consistency (can use a fork to mash it)
• Bring it to a light boil so that the sauce thickens a little
• Let the mixture cool down a little and add the sweetener of your choice (I added Stevia)
• Once the mixture has completely cooled down add Chia Seeds (for 250g I usually add 2-3 tsp) and mix it well.

Your easy peasy healthy Raspberry Jam is ready!!Add it to the yoghurt of your choice(I used coconut yoghurt) top it up with some dark chocolate chips, blueberries….I mean the options are infinite ♾
