Easy Healthy Banana Bread🍌 😍

Would you believe if I say this cake is as simple as your breakfast smoothie!! 😎

This moist, soft and oh so delicious Banana Bread is healthy, yummy and easy to make. It is literally ~ a smoothie turned into a cake (ignore the eggs 😜)

Recipe 🍴

Wet Ingredients:
• 2 eggs (medium size)
• 2 overripe bananas
• 1 cup coconut milk
• Sweetener (as per taste)(I used maple syrup)
• 1tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Dry Ingredients:
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup ground walnut
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

Method:
• In a blender add in all the wet ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency
• Add the dry ingredients and blend again
• Pour the batter into a pre-lined loaf tray
• Sprinkle some dark choco chips (optional)
• Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for 35-40 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
