🖤 Name:-Baked Cauliflower in Yoghurt Marinade aka Tandoori Gobi
Nickname:-Gobi Tikka 🖤
• Cut the cauliflower into medium or large florets and rinse well in water.
•In hot water add some salt and turmeric. Now add the florets in this water, cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 1-2 hours.
•Strain the florets and let them dry(before you add the marinade make sure that the florets are completely dried)
•For the marinade: Take some greek yoghurt, add salt, red chili powder (paprika powder), garlic powder (garlic paste/ginger garlic paste would also do), tandoori masala (2tsp), coriander powder (1tsp), cumin powder (1tsp), garam masala (1tsp) and some lemon juice.Add 1 tsp of carom seeds (ajwain) (this is optional). Also add 2tsp of oil.
• Add the dried florets to the marinade and mix it well (make sure that each floret is well coated)
•If you have time then leave the florets in the marinade overnight ( its optional but it takes the taste to another level 😉)
• Preheat the oven at 200C for 5 mins
• Place the florets in the baking tray and cook it at 200C for 20mins (adjust the timing acc to your quantity)
Squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle some chaat masala on it😋 Serve it with the sauce of your choice.

Tip: If you want to make better impression on your guest do brush the florets with some oil when they are almost cooked and cook them again till done ✅ The florets get a glazed look by doing this 🌟☄️
